METHOD OF PREPARATION 

1. Mix 1800 ml of water to 1 kg idli chatni powder.
2. Prepare TADKA by heating 50 ml oil.
3. Add mustard seeds and kadi patta to it.
4. Add this to the chutney while the TADKA is hot.
